In 2000, Sabre merged Travelocity with Preview Travel and put the resulting company on the NASDAQ exchange, although it kept 70% control. Travelocity acquired Site59.com in 2002. It acquired lastminute.com in 2005 for £577 million and sold it to Swiss based Bravofly Rumbo for £76 million in 2014. In January 2015, Travelocity was sold by Sabre Corporation to Expedia, Inc. for $280 million.
